[24hoursupport] Quick Launch

In Windows ME and it could also be Windows 98SE
Can anyone tell me,
How to get the Quick Launch Icons back over to the left hand side (the default)
by the Start Button?
You can slide them over but then there is no room for running applications
which has been minimised.
I have a machine that they have been moved over near the Taskbar Tray
The default form left to right is Start Button, Quick Launch, Vacant section of
the Task Bar and then the Task Bar Tray (Clock etc)
- Users can unsubscribe from this list by sending email to
24hoursupport-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'unsubscribe' in the
Subject field OR by logging into the Web interface at
http://webpages.charter.net/chizotz/
