FreeLists / 24hoursupport / [24hoursupport] inetinfo.exe using 100% CPU Usage

hello, 


We have a windows 2000 server with sp4 sp3 for exchange. The internet 
access is via an cabel modem router. 

The server has run fine for 2-3 months, but in the past week the cpu usage 
is 100% on process inetinfo.exe, making the server unusable. 

Is that a bug of exchange or windows 2000? Who know the solution?
