[24hoursupport] t5ransfer files between computers

Hi, You guys are so smart, this should be so easy
I almost hate to bother you -
except I'm too dumb to figure it out myself.
Standard story
New Computer (pent 4) and want to transfer files
1. Outlook express 6 files (all of them)
2. Outlook 2000 files (contacts, calendar,etc).
Old computer is Pent 3 500mhz
